Shipping and delivery
Last updated 21 October 2026
Our vendors hand their pieces to the Miskana hub in North Lebanon. We check every item, pack your order in one parcel with a story card for each vendor, and ship it to you.
How we ship
- In Lebanon: delivery to your door. Add a landmark and directions so our driver finds you easily; there's no postcode needed.
- Abroad: by air (faster) or by sea (cheaper and slower), to most countries.
You'll see every available option, with its price and arrival estimate, at checkout before you pay.
When it arrives
The estimate at checkout adds up three things: the time the slowest vendor in your order needs to prepare, a couple of days at our hub to check and pack, and the carrier's transit time. Handmade pieces take a little longer; it's worth the wait.
You'll get an email when your order ships, with the carrier and tracking number, and another when it's delivered.
What it costs
Shipping is worked out from your parcel's weight and size, where it's going and how it travels. Orders outside Lebanon also include a small fee for export paperwork. Gift wrap is an option at checkout.
Items with limits
- Some pieces can't fly, for example perfume oils and other flammable items. If your cart holds one, air shipping is turned off and you can choose sea.
- Some foods and vintage pieces need extra documents for certain countries. Miskana prepares them; you don't need to do anything.
- A few items can't be sent to some countries at all. Checkout tells you before you order.
Duties and taxes abroad
For orders outside Lebanon, any import duties or taxes in your country are paid by you on delivery, to the carrier or customs. Checkout reminds you of this.
