Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run the shop, deliver your orders and pay our vendors. We never sell your data.

What we keep

• Your account: name, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), phone number, language and currency.
• Your addresses: the ones you save, with landmarks, directions and a map pin if you add one, so our driver can find you.
• Your orders: what you bought, the price, the delivery address, payment status and the order's journey.
• Your preferences: your interests from the welcome quiz and your wishlist, used for "Picked for you".
• Emails we send you: order confirmations and updates, and stories and offers only if you said yes to them.

What we don't keep

We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by our payment provider.

For vendors

Vendor applications, contact details and documents are seen only by the Miskana team. Payout details are encrypted, and only our finance team can view them; every view is recorded.

Visits and cookies

We count visits, product views and purchases to understand what works, only if you accept analytics cookies. Without your consent, nothing about your visit is recorded. See our cookie policy.

Who sees your data

• Our team, each person only for their job (for example the hub team sees delivery addresses, finance sees payments).
• Vendors see only your first name and city for the items they prepare. Miskana packs and ships every order.
• Carriers receive what they need to deliver your parcel.
• Our service providers host the shop, send emails and process payments for us, under our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and as long as needed for accounting. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

Your choices

You can update your details, addresses and interests from your account, unsubscribe from marketing emails with one click, and change your cookie choice from the footer. To get a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, contact us.
